I found the titles enchanting.
I have slept many times in a room with one of
your paintings which I initially strongly disliked
but as it became a part of my waking sights I
was increasingly intrigued and mystified by it
and finally began to like it. Now I look forward
to seeing it when I'm there. I am reading your
blog for the first time and really enjoyed your
sketches of the Picasso symbols and found
myself very open to your 2013 paintings.
I'm glad I persisted in looking and , as i
mentioned, was captivated by the titles.
You are for me a clear writer.
Thankyou.
Hello Peggy,
Thanks so much for your feedback. I'm grateful in particular that you persisted with my painting(s), that you have looked more deeply into the blog and have discovered the relationship that I have built between it and the paintings. Writing for the blog takes as much psychic energy as painting itself, your recognition of this encourages me to carry on.
If it is possible to meet someday, I would welcome the opportunity.
All the best,
-Dennis
The paintings are marvelous... Keep it up...
